1837 Feb. 28: Estate of Wm. Vince filed for probate. Allen Vince appointed Administrator. Richard Vince to help with appraisal. (HCPR: A-10>
1837, Sept. 22: obtained a license to marry Mary Jane Perry (b. 1791 in SC, married James Arthur Stuart). (Harrison, Harrisburg? County, TX)
1837: Administrator of his brother Robert's estate.

1839, Nov. Richard Vince died in Harris or Ft. Bend county ???? (probate filed??)
