I have the eforce JRE fuel line upgrade and in my opinion its a crappy setup. One line is way to long and i should have had it out of the way but theres no room back there to angle them and tie em up properly. The only other thing that I can think of is maybe you have a soft vacuum hose and it is collapsing cutting something off or your fuel pressure drops when it gets hot due to fuel pump maybe failing. They didn't have the tramission mounts lined up correctly when replacing the transmission that failed at 76000km. I switch the plug and the coil to a new cylinder and it still gives me the same code.
